Quick start (any department)

1. Clone nepwalk-docs + your dept repo side by side
2. Open your dept repo in your AI tool (Claude Code / OpenCode / Codex)
3. Type <dept>_status: — the AI reports what is done, in progress, and missing
4. Pick a task and type <dept>: start <task>
