Technical progress

Live progress lives in the team records:

  • Team dashboard: today, the backlog, tickets, learning and the warriors' trek. Open it from the docs site or the repository folder.
  • node tools/team.mjs today, learning and progress print the same records in a terminal.
  • Technical tasks and delivery history: the MVP build history before the team records. Old dates are history, not assignments.

Progress comes from recorded checks, manual tests, reviews and founder acceptance, never from guessed percentages. Local drafts, shared records, accepted work and released changes stay distinct.

Team setup status

  • Done: repository cleanup, team skills for every role, records with tests, the static dashboard, onboarding, learning pages and the AI foundations path.
  • Checked before release with automated tests and a simulated browser (jsdom). Real browsers, phones and each member's computer are checked during onboarding; node tools/team.mjs doctor reports what is missing.
