v1 feature cards
One card per v1 feature, agreed with the founder before design (D8). Features are discussed page by page in the user's journey; design (HTML prototypes) starts once the features look right for v1.

Design pass for every screen (founder, 25 Oct 2026). From the planner onwards, every existing screen gets a UX and UI review in the design phase, not only new ones; redesign where the journey needs it (D7, D9). The landing page design is done, but its words and text are still to be chosen (words step of the product design workflow).
Every existing page has an owner
Each page in nepwalk-fe/src/app belongs to one feature, so its design pass is not
missed. Pages already agreed still get their design pass when that feature is designed.
