How to analyse

1. Copy _template.md to <name>.md.
2. Fill it from what you can see or cite — the app, the website, public reports. Write "to research" where you don't know; never guess numbers.
3. Save screenshots of the screens that matter.
4. End with copy / do differently / avoid — that's the point of the file.
5. Anything that changes NepWalk's product → a decision in docs/management/mvp/v2/decisions.md.
